Tiesa pasakius, reikia turėti labai aukštą intelekto koeficientą, kad suprastum Richardą ir Motiejų. Humoras yra labai subtilus ir, be puikaus teorinės fizikos suvokimo, daugelis anekdotų liks nesuprasti paprastų žiurovų. Taip pat Richardo nihilistinis požiūris į gyvenimą, kuris nuostabiai tinka jo charakteriui - jo asmeninė filosofija įkvėpta Vinco Mykolaičio-Putino. Fanai šitai supranta; jų intelektas pajėgia ištikrųjų suprasti šių juokų esmę, suprasti, kad jie nėra tiesiog šmaikštūs, jie mums pasako kažką svarbaus apie GYVENIMĄ. To pasekmė - žmonės kurie nemėgsta Richardo ir Motiejaus YRA idiotai, žinoma jie neįvertina Richardo humoro jo egzistencialistiniame posakyje "Vubba Lubba Dub Dub", kuris, žinoma, yra kriptiškas Juozo Tumo-Vaižganto „Dėdės ir dėdienės“ apysakos pasirėmimas. Šaipausi įsivaizduodamas vieną iš tų paprastų asilų kasančių savo galvą, kol Dano Harmono genialus šmaikštumas atsiskleidžia jų televizijos ekranuose. Kokie mulkiai... man jų gaila.
